• Application / Service: The "Zahib" application for laundry, ironing, and delivery services, available in both Arabic and English.
• Company ("we"): TOSIL ZAHI, a Limited Liability Company, Commercial Registration No. 4031287943, Unified Number 7035455588, VAT Number 3118249488, headquartered at: Building 6371, Abdulrahman Ibn Aouf Street, Ash Shamiya Al Jadid District, Makkah 24567, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Incorporated on 25/09/2023 (10/03/1445 H).
• Trademark: "Zahib" is a trademark registered with the Saudi Authority for Intellectual Property under No. TM-01-00-00318-23, valid until 15/06/1455 H, within Class 39 for parcel transport, packaging, and delivery services.
• Customer ("you"): The person who accesses or uses the Service, whether as a guest or with a registered account.
• Country: Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

2. Acknowledgment and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Service and constitute the binding agreement between you and the Company, defining the rights and obligations of all users.

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any part of them, you may not use the Service. You represent that you are over 18 years of age.

You may browse the app as a guest without creating an account; however, placing orders requires signing in with an account and a mobile number verified by OTP.

Zahib's services include: rating the service after order completion, one-tap reorder from past orders, a referral program granting a SAR 10 wallet credit to both the referrer and the referee upon the referee's first completed order, subscription packages (Baqat), an in-app wallet balance, chat with the assigned driver, and notifications with preference controls. All displayed prices include 15% VAT in accordance with ZATCA regulations.

"Zahib" is a trademark registered with the Saudi Authority for Intellectual Property and may not be used or copied without the Company's written permission.

3. Links to Other Websites

Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by the Company. The Company has no control over and assumes no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. We strongly advise you to read the terms and conditions and privacy policies of any third-party websites you visit.

4. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

5. Limitation of Liability

The total liability of the Company or any of its suppliers shall be limited to the amount you actually paid for the Service, or SAR 100 in the event of no payment.

The Company and its suppliers shall not be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages of any kind, even if they have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind. The Company disclaims all warranties related to the Service, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

7. Governing Law

The laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia shall govern these Terms and your use of the Service. You may also be subject to other applicable local or international laws.

8. Dispute Resolution

9. Severability and Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, it shall be modified to be enforceable while the remaining provisions continue in full effect. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If the changes are material, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you at least 30 days in advance.

By continuing to use the Service after any changes become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you must stop using the Service.
